We are commited to excelance in service and safety. Your satisfaction is our number one priority and will do our best to meet your expectation, therefore we established policies and rules of conduct to ensure a smooth trip to allow us to meet your expectations.

Rules of Conduct

  • Dress code - All of our chauffeurs are fully dressed with white shirt, tie and black suit.
  • Employee Precautions & Preparation - All of our chauffeurs are fully dressed with white shirt, tie and black suit.
  • Vaccination - All of our drivers are fully vacinated.
  • Face Cover - Our Chauffeurs are equipped with disinfectant spray, hand sanitizer, and hand wipes, extra masks/gloves. Chauffeur may refuse to drive any customer not wearing mask and full charge will apply.
    It will be the expectation that passengers will be responsible for providing a personal mask and maintaining social and physical distance.
  • Vehicle Sanitation & Cleaning - Vehicle interiors are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with CDC recommended alcohol-based disinfectant before and after every ride.
  • Smoking - We don't allow smoking in our cars.
  • Always on Time - Our professional drivers will always be on time if you expect to be a little late please communicate with our office.
  • Respecting our Chauffeurs - Our chauffeurs are some of the best around, and we would really appreciate it if you would treat them with respect. Their job requires them to be professional and alert on the road, and they’re more than happy to accommodate your needs and wants as long as it’s achievable and not illegal..

Terms and Conditions

Customers with credit term are required to sign the trip's voucher .

Prepaid Vouchers - You must provide the voucher number during booking, sign the voucher and hand it to the driver before the trip starts.

Prepaid orders are required to confirm the order number with the driver on pickup.

Pay Driver - Must present teh credit card to the driver for verification and sign the slip.

All Rates are subject to audit after order completion to include actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops & time allotted, etc. Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for then in .15 min increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for. Time Limousine rates are billed including applicable fees, taxes and a 10-15% Gratuity.

Gratuity: If you feel would like to provide an additional gratuity it is at your sole discretion. If you choose to provide an additional cash gratuity; it is at your sole discretion, and is only in addition to the 10-15% you have already paid for. You will not receive a full or partial refund for the 10-15% Gratuity by providing a cash tip to the Chauffeur.

Pearson Airport Fee Pickup Fee: enRoute Luxury Limousine may chose to charge teh customer less than the amount paid for the registration but will not charge more than $15.00 which is the cost fo the registration.

Additional Charges that may be added on the bill include.


Charges for an upgrade to the limo requested by the customer, extra stops during the trip, extra wait time, toll fee, damage to the car or cleaning fee.

enRoute Luxury Limousine provides 15 free for point to point transfers. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within this time frame we will consider you a “no-show”(see below) and you will be charged in full for the reservation. Wait time is charged at the hourly rate for your vehicle plus taxes and tip in 15 minute increments.


enRoute Luxury Limousine provides up to 30 minutes of free wait time for domestic arrivals and up to 1 hour of free wait time on International Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance on each Airport Arrival Transfer so you can deplane and obtain your luggage. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within this time frame after your plane lands we will consider you a “no-show” and you will be charged in full for the reservation. Wait time beyond the 30 mins/1 hour will be charged at the hourly rate for your vehicle plus taxes and tip in 15 minute increments..

enRoute Luxury Limousine provides up to a 15 minute grace period at pick-up before wait time charges apply at the hourly rate of the vehicle plus taxes and tip billed in .15 min increments. Point to point transfers include all airport transfers, cruise ship transfers, dinner transfers, club transfers, Point A to Point B transfers and all non hourly reservations. If client is making additional stops on the way to their destination then per stop charges ( with up to .15 min per stop) will apply at $10 for a sedan, $15 for a 4-6 passenger stretch Lincoln, $20 for 6-8 passenger stretch Lincoln, $25 for 8-10 passenger stretch Lincoln, $20 for a regular or diplomat SUV, $35 for 12-14 passenger stretch SUV, $50 for limo bus, $20 for Chevy van and $25 for Mercedes Van. No belongings may be left in the limo while the limo is not booked..

enRoute Luxury Limousine is not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control; including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, etc..
